French drain all around the home to protect home foundation from water entry into the basement/egress window wells

Retaining wall to add another level of security from water and increase the usable and functional backyard space that was already small

Belgard Dimensions 12 pavers all throughout

24″x24″ pavers with artificial turf in between to give it a modern look

Installed a 1″ gas line with county permit and approval for the firepit

Added lights around the perimeter of the retaining wall for that final touch for beautiful CO evenings with friends and family.
